I’m saving my activities for later, when I’m more desperate, when my personality will attempt to flee from my body. Now I amuse myself within my head, although from without I appear like a set of mindless eyes, viewing, unthinking.
The heavy duty stuff is for later – the magazine, the book, the tapes. Not for now – now is the time of truce. Later the battle of boredom will be fought with a vengeance.
